Anniversary dinner got pushed back till tonight. I usually don't eat out in my home turf; it seems a waste of my Mom's cooking skills to venture out into the 'hood when she's so close. But it was a chance to revisit my favorite thread on Chowhound.
Mom and Dad seemed happy, and I get a kick every time I see the "Bon Voyage" ship full of sushi and sashimi. Yay for Sunnyside!
